MALV-600 Shuts off When other LED lights Are Switched On

I have under cabinet Sun LED lights on a MACL-153M. I replaced this with a MALV-600. When I switch on my ceiling lights on a totally different circuit and dimmer, the under cabinet Sun lights switch off and the MALV-600 doesn’t work at all. Turn off the ceiling lights and everything comes back on. Evidently there is some interference. Any potential solutions? Time being I re-installed the MACL-153M

The MALV isn't designed to work with LEDs. It may work with some but it has a much higher minimum load requirement (40 watts). If you don't have the minimum load the dimmer will act like it is dead - no indicator LEDs, no load control, etc.
