Another single pole with four wires plus ground question

Hello - want to install PD-6ANS in place of the single pole switch shown in the attached images. Have three hot wires attached to the bottom terminal and one load wire on the top terminal. The hots attached to the bottom screw terminal are two separate wires and the third hot is just pushed into the back. The load wire is just pushed into the back/top position. The ground wire is not a separate wire but is just looped around the ground screw and then continues on somewhere. How should I connect the new PD-6ANS to this wiring configuration? Note: can't get the images uploaded so I hope the description above is enough.

Attach all 3 of the black wires on the bottom to one of the blacks on the 6ANS. Attach the other black to the other lead. Bare wire to ground. Make sure you connect the neutral.

If your dimmer/switch as a red lead, the black lead is power in (3-wires) and the red is power out (single wire).
