Question Reduced operating temp. range for TGCL-153PR-WH LED Dimmers ?

I recently replaced 4 working Lutron Incandescent dimmers with Lutron TGCL-153PR-WH dimmers for LEDs. The dimmers are located on exterior walls. As the weather has turned cold here in the Boston area the dimmers have stopped working. If I leave the dimmer on the lights will eventually turn on. Depending upon the outside temperature it can be as long as 4-5 minutes for the lights to turn on. All of the dimmers were purchased at Home Depot in the spring of 2020 and have been installed for 6-7 months with no problems that is until the weather turned colder outside. Is this lot of dimmers I purchased bad or were they designed with a reduced operating temperature range? Any suggestions ? Thanks

Well, that is bizarre. The stated temperature range of the TGCL is 32-104F. I've seen dimmers in exterior walls in temps above and below that which don't ave any issues. I don't believe there is anything in the dimmer (especially the Toggler family) that actually senses temperature.
