Will the New AppleTV replace the Lutron Caséta Smart Bridge?

Would buying a new (NOV 2015) AppleTV allow me to control my lights via the Lutron Caséta Wireless In-Wall Light Dimmer, using Siri and my iphone, without buying the Lutron Caséta Smart Bridge first?

The new Apple TV doesn't have the ability to transmit Lutron's Clear Connect RF. You will still need to use a Caseta Smart Bridge.
