Controling the Lutron Shade with URC MRX-8 controller

i have a URC MRX-8 controller and i like to know how to control the lutron battery operated shade with it. Do i need to buy the Lutron smart Hub?
    Thank you for your help

MRX won't be able to control the shade directly, you would need something in between. If you have Serena shades, then Caseta Smart Bridge might work, otherwise you might need Caseta Smart Bridge PRO.

PRO bridge is compatible with more shade products, provides for 3rd party integrations, costs a bit more, and generally not available at retail (but you can get it from any electrical distributor or Amazon). Generally, everyone is confused why non-PRO version exists, it makes more sense for everyone to get PRO version, if only to get integration with 3rd party systems and apps. See this page for more info.
