    HQP7 is already activated in another project

    I have a trouble in the processor HQP7. HQP7 is already activated in the project then I forgot deactivate it and deleted this processor device.Now, I can't active this processor for another project.Please help me about it.

    I'm not aware of any kid of factory reset. I would try uploading the previous program and deactivate the processor. If that doesn't work, I would try a clean program with just a processor. Maybe try the firmware/OS update.

    The procedure to OOB is the same as other Lutron devices. Triple-tap, hold until LED blinks quickly, Triple-tap again.

    LED feedback should be blue, magenta​, blue. ​Second triple tap should just get blue blinks.

    When powering up the processors, it may take up to 1 minute before you can do this triple tap method.

    After the OOB, the processor can take up to 2 minutes to reset and become discoverable again in the GUI.
