    Wire trouble

I'm having trouble figuring out how to connect or if I can connect two dimmers to the switches below. I can't see any neutral wires. The switch on the left has 3 wires connected. One of them(marked in red) is connected to were the neutral should be, then runs to the second switch. It also seems to be a passthrough. Removing it, will kill the power to the outlets in the room. I have the PD-6WCL-WH-C. Also, my electrical knowledge is close to zero.Any help would be appreciated.

If you aren't comfortable doing electrical work, call an electrician.

That said, those two wires are connected to each other through the switch. Connect those two wires to one of the black wires on the dimmer. The other wire is the load, connect that to the other black wire on the dimmer. That bundle of white wires in the back is probably the neutral, but since you are using the 6CL it won't be necessary. Always connect the ground wire to the bare copper or green wire.
