    Keypad LED

I have an installation where the customer is complaining that when she hits the button to turn the lights off, the LED on the button will remain lit even though the lights have turned off. It doesn't happen all of the time but it happens with multiple switches.

The scene is set up as a toggle control.

I would check that the keypad is in range of a repeater first. Also check that the firmware on the repeater matches the version of the software you are using. If all is good, try to re-transfer the file to the repeater.

Amy, are these multi-way controls? If so, there might be an issue with wiring if so.
