Phillips LED Bulbs on Grafikeye 3000

Hi,We have a number of Grafikeye 3000 series units. Historically, they were connected to Bedside lamp circuits - 230V incandescent bulbs, Ceiling spots - 12V incandescent bulbs, and rope lighting - 230V Tronix. We were asked to change the lights where possible to LED. The ceiling spots and rope lighting were changed to LED lighting without any problems. However, we have fitted Philips Classic 230v 7.5W Dimmable LED bulbs (9290013330) in the bedside lamps. When the circuits are first initialised, the lamps briefly illuminate, then go off, and then come back on at the correct level.Has anyone experienced this? Will a 230V in/230 out isolation transformer, or LED driver help? Thanks in advance.

First... what LED are you using in the 12v spots? I see mostly MR16s in that application here and have never had any success with LEDs in that application. The older transformers are not able to drive the MR16 LEDs.

Second... are you dimming the rope light?

I could check the load type settings in the Grafik Eye. The GRX does not do reverse phase so make sure you have forward phase bulbs.

Thanks. The spotlights are Vision-EL branded GU5.3s, they're suprisingly good, and only flicker at the lowest settings. The rope light, isnt dimmed, its got it is just active in a couple of scenes. I think youre probably right that the bulbs are forward phase/leading edge, they're 220-240VAC B22 2000K, so a combination that isnt made by a huge amount of manufacturers. Are there any products on the market that you are aware of that could sit between the grafikeye and the bulb, like an LED driver, but one that doesnt reduce the voltage and convert it to D.C.Thanks

As for loading. We have replaced 12x40W (480W total) incandescent bulbs, with 12x7.5W(90W total) LED bulbs.
