If, Then Statement in RadioRa 2 Inclusive

I am working on a new RadioRA 2 system that the customer wants an Arrive scene that will turn on landscaping light based on a timeclock period and the landscaping lights off with an Away scene. Currently, the landscaping lights turn on and off based on the timeclock even if the homeowner selects the Away scene. Is there a way to add an If-Then statement in the timeclock or Arrive/Away scenes to only turn the landscaping lights on when running the Arrive scene?

Is there a way to add an If-Then statement in the timeclock or Arrive/Away scenes to only turn the landscaping lights on when running the Arrive scene? RadioRA 2 does not have conditional logic. However, I think you can come close. For simplicity, lets say there are 2 landscape zones - front and back.

Timer 1 turns the front and back landscape on if the clock is in HOME mode.
Timer 2 turns on the front landscape if the clock is in away mode.
The Away scene turns the back landscape off and puts the clock in AWAY mode.

The arrival thing is difficult. You can put the clock in HOME mode, but if they arrive at noon you don't want to turn lights on.

IFTTT would probably do it. A home automation hub (like HomeSeer or SmartThings) would probably do it. You could also set it up in Alarm.com.
