Dual control switch without dimmer

Hello,I have a bedroom switch that I'm looking to replace. It has dual controls, with the top switch powering a standard wall outlet, and the bottom switch powering a ceiling fan. All of the dual control switches I'm finding on Lutron's product page seem to have the top switch as dimmers. Is there a model where the top switch is not a dimmer? Thanks.

I'm not aware of one that is half-fan control and half-outlet, or half-anything and half outlet. I think the best thing to do would be to see how difficult it would be to make the single gang box into 2-gang or see if code will allow you to eliminate the outlet.
