    Second wall switch

    Hello,
I am trying to find out which product I need to buy to accommodate the following.
I have a single light switch on a wall in my kitchen and I want to add a switch on the opposite wall. I've bought 2 products so far and each one has been the wrong type. It seems simple enough but I keep getting it wrong! Can someone please help me?
    Thanks so much
    Dan

Hello bucci35 and welcome to the forums,

If you are looking to dim those lights we recommend a Caseta Original PD-6WCL. This will pair to a wireless 3-button Pico remote PJ2-3BRL-GWH-L01. This remote can be wall mounted by utilizing our PICO-WBX-ADAPT wall plate adaptor.

For switching, we recommend the Original Smart Switch PD-6ANS with a 2-button Pico remote, PJ2-2B-GWH-L01. This will utilize the same PICO-WBX-ADAPT wall plate adaptor. Please note: this switch is neutral required. Please ensure a neutral connection is available at the wall box location (will appear as a bundle of white wires in the back of the box capped together). If a neutral is not present, please utilize the Caseta PRO switch, PD-5WS-DV.

Yes, the Pico Paddle will pair to any Caseta dimmer or switch!

    Hello again,
Ok I wired the Caseta Wireless smart switch however it won't turn the existing light on. The green light is lit on the switch. I have the red to red, the black to black and the white to white however won't work. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that the switch is causing you trouble. Please ensure that the power is landing on the black, and the load on the red (this switch is polarity sensitive). You can try swapping those wires to see if the performance improves. Also, make sure that the white wire is going to a neutral bundle in the back of the box.

Also, our support is available 24/7. We would be happy to help get this resolved over the phone if necessary. Please give us a call at 1(888)588-7661 if this switch continues to misbehave!
