    Pairing issue MRF2-6ND

So I got demo kit which includes:
    MRF2-6ND
    LRF2-OCRB-P
    MRF2-3BRL

Out of the box everything was operating as expected, but since I was planning to add another ceiling motion sensor LRF3-OCR2B-P and standard 6s way didn’t work. I did a full factory reset. After reset I was able to pair back LRF2-OCRB-P and extra PJ2-3BRL, but not MRF2-3BRL OR LRF3-OCR2B-P.
I reset them to the factory defaults and changed batteries but still no luck.
What am I doing wrong here?

Hi there, Is it actually and LRF3 sensor? If it is the 3 indicates the radio frequency the device operates and is not compatible with devices outside of that. I think the 3 is euro frequencies and operate in the 800mhz range rather than the 433mhz range. I am not aware of a way of changing this on the device as I believe its hardware is what determines this and not software/firmware. I hope this helps!

Austin is correct. The LRF3 is factory set to a different frequency. It is not going to with any "2" series products.

The MRF2-3BRL may also need to be reset to factory default. To reset:

Triple-tap the on button, hold for 3 seconds, triple-tap again.

I believe the only way to know if it worked is to try and pair it again.
