Grafik Eye 3100-CE system HomeKit compability

Hello, everyoneI'm new to this community, so sorry, if this topic has been discussed already. I have Grafik Eye 3100-CE system at my new apartment (probably designed around 2003), and I'm currently trying to build a more-or-less smart home ultimate solution. The problem I ran into is how to control the lights remotely. Have spent quite a lot of time googling for an answer, but failed, so hopefully you could help me out. I've read about some RadioRA2 Repeaters, Connect Bridges, but obviously that does not tell me anything, since I'm so new to this topic. Can someone please explain in an easy way, how to achieve what I'm aiming for? Is it even possible, or the system is too old for that? I've got both iOS and Android devices, so HomeKit support is preferable, but not mandatory. Many thanks in advance!

You would need to replace the 3100 with a QS series Grafik Eye. Depending on the details, it may be less expensive to replace the 3100 with Caseta or RadioRA 2 dimmers.
