Getting an error that pops up when trying to start the new 16.2 software, "encountered an error opening the application, please contact Lutron support for more assistance". 15.5 works just fine. I've tried reinstalling and rebooting as well.

I know this is little comfort to you, but I just installed it and it seems to run ok. In the release notes for 16.1 there was a note about how they fixed an issue of the software not running if there wasn't an older version already installed so maybe your issue is related to that.
