I'm looking to transition off my SmartHome/Insteon system to something more modern and reliable.
I find navigating the Lutron site for info a bit difficult, so I'm posting here in the hope some with working knowledge of this arrangement will reply.
My first design goal is to automate an existing 3-way setup in a hallway. Current installation is a pair of non-RF Maestro switches.
I want to be able to have the lights come based on (1) manual operation, (2) time of day, and (3) some form of remote, preferably like a car garage-open type remote.
If I understand this Lutron document (http://www.casetawireless.com/Docume...ced%20Inst.pdf) correctly,
all I should need are:
(1) In-wall switch (PD-5WS-DV) for the physical connection
(2) the Smart Bridge Pro plus Lutron App for the scheduling
(3) A Pico remote control (plus the car visor clip)
Is this correct or am I missing something?
Thanks very much.
