How to wire MACL & MA-R 3-way with lights in the middle

I need help wiring the receiver switch in the configuration pictured (linked). The master switch is connected (as shown in linked image) and the 4 lights work fine with it. But I have no idea how to connect the slave switch!Click link to see image -->
