    program switch to always on

    is there a way to program the basic "smart switch for light or fan control" to always on?

    Not sure where you are going with this but... the buttons on the front of the device will always perform their designated function. You can not alter their function through programming. The only exception is the plug-in dimmer. The plug-in dimmer can be set to be non-dim only.
