fluorescent do not seem to work with my lutron caseta wireless switch.

Recently purchased the lutron switch because my house is old enough not to have a neutral wire. The switch seems to work fine, but my fluorescent bulbs do not come on, or they flicker. Did I buy the wrong switch?Thank you

Try adding the LUT-MLC. They used to include them in the package. The MLC requires a neutral so you may have to install it at the fixture.
