Caseta app keeps logging out of Honeywell

Hey all

I’ve got a client with a Caseta system at one of his houses. He’s telling me that the Caseta app is logging him out of his Honeywell account so he’s not able to control them five the Caseta app.

He has another house that has RA2 and is not having the same issue there. I had him power cycle the Caseta bridge but that did not help.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello. Have the homeowner try the three steps below to correct this issue.1. When the app says the thermostat is disconnected, hit "Sign out" and not "Login"2. Hit OK on the popup that indicates that all thermostats will be removed from the app3. Log back into the thermostat by hitting the settings icon on the home screen of the app >> Add Device >> Honeywell
