    Connect-bdg

    Adquirí un dispositivo lutron y si lo detecta la aplicación de lutron después de que me pide oprimir el botón de atrás del dispositivo y al empezar a sincronizarse me aparece la leyenda de "no se puede conectar a mi casa" y ya volví a restaurar en dispositivo y sigue pasando lo mismo y no se como solucionarlo

    You should have a "CONNECT-BDG2." If you contact Lutron they may provide a replacement.

    The Connect Bridge must be connected to the Internet during setup. It sounds like a network problem. Smart devices like phones and computers are smart enough to find their way to the internet. Not so smart devices like printers and the connect bridge are not. Make sure your cable/DSL modem is in bridge mode. Your Internet service provider will be able to confirm or change the setting. Lutron tech support can also verify if your bridge is online.

    Debe tener un "CONNECT-BDG2". Si contacta a Lutron, pueden proporcionarle un reemplazo.

    From the response"Lutron tech support can also verify if your bridge is online."How and who do we approach to confirm that the connect bridge is online.
