    How to get the logs of the HQP6-2

    Hello friends, i just installed a big system with 1 pc of the HQP6-2 processor, my client is telling me that at 1:00 am all the lights come On, how can i get the logs out of the processor?Thanks a lot for your help.

    Go to help, support and click on create support file. I believe the report has to be sent to Lutron.

    Open Terminal and the command you are looking for is under "processor". Or just paste PRINTEVENTLOG,1000,usenames in the terminal window. It will show button presses. You can replace 1000 with 2000 or 3000 to go back farther (haven't needed any higher number yet myself).

    So this can be done after the fact?

    Yes it will list the past 1000 or 2000 or 3000 etc events.
