Question 2 Gang Lutron Caseta Wiring Challenge

I have a 2 gang box with two switches. One switch goes to kitchen, the other to the dining area light. These are not 3-way switches. I bought Lutron Caseta Wireless dimmers for each. These switches have 2 black wires and one ground each.My wiring for these lights is not as straightforward as I'd expected. I have two Romex coming up. One has red, black, white, and bare. The other has black, white, and bare. And the two existing switches are wired together. How do I wire the Lutrons properly with this? Thanks for your help, guys. Looks like the black wire that connects the two switches is your hot wire. The other black and the red are your two load wires. I have switches in my house that share a single hot wire.
