When the power is flipped OFF at the breaker, the fan is off. However, when the breaker is flipped ON, the fan will turn on by itself. Is it normal?

Hi there. When power is restored to a Lutron device, it will return to it's last level that it was at prior to the power loss. What you are experiencing is not normal behavior. What is the model of your fan control?

The model of the fan control is Lutron MA-LFQHW-WH (Maestro Fan Control and Dimmer Kit).

Do you have LEDs installed in this fan? LED lights can cause issues and strange behaviors with this control that you have. Check to see if any changes have been made in the house such as changing bulbs, adding a tv, computer, fish tank, etc. If so, try unplugging the device or power off the circuit and try again.
