Lutron timer switch with EC exhaust fan

Installed a high efficient bathroom exhaust fan with an EC motor. (Fantech FG6MEC inline exhaust fan) Installed a Lutron MA-T51-LA single pole timer switch to control it. The switch will not turn on the motor. This fan is variable speed and starts out slow. At full speed the motor runs around .7 amps at 120 volts. This is within the parameters of this switch (min 0.3 to 3 amps). Wondering if the low amp draw at start up is causing the issue. Any advise would be great. Thanks Jason

Found my answer in another thread on this site, thanks (dinom and Jonathan K) I will order the Lutron timer switch with the common wire MA-T51MN. Hope this works.
