Installed PD-6WCL, switch doesn’t turn lights off

Hi, I recently attempted to install a PD-6WCL; however the switch does not work to turn off the lights as I have wired.

Single pole switch. There are two black wires, two red wires, two white/neutral wires, and two ground wires. I have the two neutral wires capped. The two red wires are connected to one of the black wires on the switch, and the two black wires are connected to the other black wire from the switch.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong here?

Hard to say but the switch you are describing sounds like a 4-way.
