ERROR: The processor is not responding

I am trying to extract a project with Inclusive and I keep getting an error that says "The processor is not responding." It happens after a couple of minutes of what looks like it is extracting and then the error message pops up.I just upgraded from Essentials to Inclusive. When I extracted with Essentials the extraction was successful but I could not open the file because the project was created with Inclusive. But now that I have Inclusive I can't extract the file. I power cycled the main repeater and restarted Inclusive but I still get the error. This is on Windows 10 and Inclusive 12.6. Any advice?

Problem solved. I rebooted the computer and then was able to extract the project file. I think the upgrade from Essentials to Inclusive needs a reboot to work right but it doesn't require you to reboot before running it (doesn't even recommend it). If a reboot is required Lutron should consider telling you this during the upgrade process.
