Monte Carlo fan with 3 wires and Lutron caseta

Folks, any idea how I can connect a new Monte Carlo fan to a Luton caseta fan controller? I don't wish to use the included remote. The fan has 3 wires (purple, brown and red) labeled U, W, and V. I believe it's a 6 speed DC motor which makes me a little nervous that this won't work...Thanks.

That won't work. Caseta fan control only works with a pull-chain style fan, technically known as an AC permanent split capacitor motor. Anything DC or proprietary will be a non-starter (literally and figuratively)

    Hope this helps!
