One of my RR-T15RL suddenly started having the nightlight/backlight flashing after I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. It is now unresponsive (can't even reset if). When I press keys different LEDs flashes. Anyone seen this before?

Definitely not a power supply issue - tried with multiple (and with just batteries). Seems like the unit is totally broken. Never seen this before. Will try to contact Lutron and see if they are willing to take a look at it...
Try using the device closer to the main repeater or an auxiliary. If that doesn't work, default the device at the device and in the software, then re-activate and transfer.
