I also need essentials software. If anybody have link then please share the link.
If you haven't done the training you shouldn't be trying to use the software. The training is self-paced, online and free. It will give you the necessary information to program the system properly. If you did the training and don't have it, call Lutron support and they will fix it.

I have recently completed the training and the link I received at completion takes me to a download for RR2 Essentials software v11.6, which does not appear to be the latest version.
All you need to do is call Lutron and they will fix your profile so that you can find the current software. This has been a problem for a long time -- not sure why they haven't fixed it.
I have logged into www.mylutron.com click on the blue "Resources" button at the top of the screen. Waited for the next screen to propagate fully; however I don't see on the bottom right quadrant of the screen a sub-heading called "Technical Information". Is it possible I'm just not seeing it? Please help! I'm currently running RadioRA 2 11.6 and would love to upgrade.Thank you for your time and effort, Bobby,
Which browser are you using? I could only get the site to work with Safari or Internet Explorer.
After you log in, scroll to bottom
Click on Design Software and a pop up box will show.
You'll then see the options to download RadioRA 2 12.8.
It works 100% fine for me in Chrome. It's likely that Lutron needs to update your profile to give you access. This is a well known situation that has been discussed in many threads. Give Lutron a call.
