QSE-IO with a Somfy RTS for shade control

I've received a rough sketch of how this would work from. 3 contacts, 1 for each command. Up, Down, Stop. Pulsed, but no one can give me an answer on how long it should pulse for. Is there a best practice for this type of item?

We would recommend contacting Somfy to help determine the amount of time the contact needs to be closed for the Somfy shade control to receive the command.
