MAIN-REP ethernet port

I have a radio Ra2 system, all was well. System on UPS. iPad, iPhone, Ra2 v6.0.0, Life was good.
POOF!!
Cannot talk to MAIN-REP through Ethernet port. No lights on cat5 port, cable good, MAIN-REP works like a charm, I just cannot talk to it. Router good.
Any suggestions????

hinkelmann, To better help determine if the Ethernet port on the main repeater has failed we would recommend in this case to call our technical support at 1-800-523-9466.

Try to ping it. That being said, if your cable pins out and your router port is good ( I have seen a switch port go bad) sounds lik the port on he repeater is toast.
i recently had a rs232 port get fried from lightning. It can happen.
