Conditional Action based on press of Local Dimmer

Customer has a local maestro dimmer. I know how to turn on and off other loads to go with the local load on this dimmer. That all works great. What I'm trying to figure out is if there is any way to tie some conditional logic to it.So during the day it turns on the other loads and at night it does not. That type of scenareo.

I don't believe so. I don't know if the dimmer is incapable of generating the keypad equivalent signals or if Lutron hasn't added programming to allow it. I thought maybe you could call a shared scene with the dimmer but no go. Is it possible to use a hybrid in that location?
