export programming to standard Spreadsheet format

Is there a way to export the Keypad Programming Report to a spreadsheet-friendly format of some sort. CSV files or .XLS or something? I can only see a way to do it to PDF...

    I am using 12.0 and 12.2 Inclusive.

Generate the report. Click the "Save as" icon. At the bottom of the dialog box click the "Save as type" drop-down. I have an option to save as XPS. That may be because I have Office 365 installed. XPS is kind of like Microsofts version of PDF. There programs that will convert XPS to Excel, Word, etc. I have not used any of them.
