Seeking sensor that turns lights on with and mimics daylight

I'm have a Caseta system installed and was wondering if anyone was aware of a compatible sensor that would dim lights up with and mimic the ambient outside daylight, as opposed to sensing when light levels outside were dropping and dimming up the lights to compensate. I have 5000K daylighting LEDs installed throughout a dark, lower condo unit with few windows, and want to have them mimic the ambient outdoor daylight levels automatically if possible. Thanks

Caseta does not have any sensor options. You would need to add a third party system and have the Caseta SmartBridge Pro. I do not use IFTTT, so there might be something in there, but Caseta does not have a selectable ramped dimming. This would make programming much harder.

Why would you need the Smart Bridge Pro as opposed to just the Smart Bridge?

Standard LBDG-2 SmartBridge (available at big box stores) cannot integrate with any other control systems. The L-BDGPRO-2 is the SmartBridge Pro, and does have the ability to integrate with things like Crestron, Control4, Homeseer, Hubitat, Elan, etc.
