Question Can HTTP Calls be made to control a Lutron Device?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to control a Lutron device using HTTP POST calls in order to control the lighting and blinds within a room? Are there examples on how this can be done? Do I have to go through telnet? Thanks

According to the "Integration Protocol" RA2 only supports Telnet.
