If you have a Connect Bridge/app, then go to Scenes and add a new scene. It will give you the option to have it automatically (this is the choice you need) or with a button push. Continue to follow in the app and you should be good to go. If you do not have the Connect Bridge or App, you'll need your programmer to make the timeclock events for you. Just remember that for every event that turns something on, you'll need an event to turn it off as well.
