    3rd Party Keypads

Can anyone tell me how to account for 3rd party keypads/controls in Design? Thanks.

What are you trying to accomplish? You can add a "designer opening" to a control station. It won't add anything to the BoM but it adds 1-gang to the wallplate. You can add a phantom keypad for the 3rd party to interface with. There is also a "homeowner keypad" that might be what you are looking for.

Thanks for the response. What I have is quite a few of Forbes + Lomax momentary switches. I know I need a Wallbox CCI, but I'm just trying to have a clean design. Any suggestions?

They appear to be contact closures. The WCI is probably a better option than the QSE-IO or VCRX.

It's going to be a lot of programming. The Forbes device is momentary so it will be hard to make it do raise/lower. You are going to need a separate button/CC for on/off, raise, and lower.

Lutron has a custom keypad service. They make a keypad very similar to the Forbes that is based on the Signature series. They are not cheap but they offer full keypad functionality with a lot less programming. BTW, Signature uses a special wallbox (not 1-gang). There some examples in this brochure. I'll see if I can find the other one.
