blinking led pendant when using the app to turn on

I have the Lutron PD-6WCL-WH with 4 LED pendants connected to it, which can be turn on to full brightness, and dim using the switch or the pico remote. However when i sure the lutron app to turn it on, it flashes on and off constantly. Any idea why this happens or troubleshoot? thanks

This could be related to the LED's you are using. When a signal is sent from the app through the bridge this signal speed is different from the Pico remote or manual push at the dimmer. The integrated driver in the LED may not receive this signal clearly. You can test this by using incandescent lights in this application to see what result you get.
