    Ballast Replacement

We received a H3DT524CU110 ballast as a replacement for the obsolete FDB-T524-120-1 ballast. After installation, the lamp is turning on and off about every 7-8 seconds.Nothing has changed except the ballast. We have tried two separate ballasts.Any known problems with this replacement ballast? Any ideas?

Make sure you don't have anything connected to the EcoSys terminals (E1, E2). Make sure you have the dimmed hot and hot connected correctly. If you are not dimming the light you need a jumper between the DH and HOT terminal.
