Angry Occupancy sensor goes off when no one is in room

One of the Occupancy sensors that I installed a month ago goes off just walking down the hall. The bathroom door only needs to be open 4 or 5 inches and when you pass by the fan and light goes off. And yes it is the model for an electrical exhaust fan and light. Tried to change setting, still the same.

The sensor should have included masking. It's literally masking tape that you put on the sensor to block areas you don't want it to see. You will need to experiment a little with the size and location to get the results you want. Once you have that worked out, you can put the masking on the inside.
