Grafix Eye LED Problem?

Just received my first Grafix eye. It appears that the top led on zone 2 does not illuminate. Is there anything that would cause this behavior other than defective hardware?

That doesn't sound right. I would call tech support. May need to default the GE to clear some of the test programming, but AFAIK, they do not test high/low trim settings- so not sure why this is happening.

I vaguely remember being told the LEDs represent the range of dimming that is programmed. If you set the high end at 60%, the top LED should still illuminate.

There are some modes in manual programming that might affect which LEDs light up. However, that would affect all zones and multiple LEDs. That seems highly unlikely though.
