customer can't make changes in the APP to timeclock events on his ra2 ssytem.

I bought the connect bridge and installed it, along with having customer install the newest app. the app wont let him make changes to his timeclock events, and vacation modes etc. I have enabled user edits in software, what else am i missing?

I'm assuming the customer can otherwise control the system. That would indicate that they are connected to the system.

I would make sure they are not logged in as a guest. Check that you have both "Button Editing" and "Timeclock Editing" enabled. If that doesn't work, try deleting the user and adding them back.
