Can the Lutron DVCL-153P-WH Diva Dimmable CFL/LED Dimmer be connected to the Magnitude M100L12DC-AR 100W driver in order to power LED strip lighting ?

According to their website, you'll need an MLV dimmer (DVCL is not MLV rated). A DVLV-600 would be a better choice, better still would be a neutral wire dimmer- MRF2-6ND-120.
