Cold start 1 flash then nothing.

I’m new to lutron lighting systems, but I’m having an issue with one of our rooms at our facility. When I walk into the room in the morning I hit the switch and get 1 flash then nothing else on the led fixture. The fixtures are philips brand but the switches are all lutron and the occupancy sensors are all lutron as well. I realize more information may be needed but I’m not sure exactly what.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

It sounds like a wiring issue. What is the model number of the dimmers/sensors? If the device has a neutral connection you must use it.

same problem- flash then nothing- and further, it is random

Randomly the sensor works and randomly it just flashes and then nothing.Works great when I touch the "T" button. Sometimes it works when I walk in, and sometimes not. looking for advice. I suspect that if I turn the sensor off and just turn it into a timed switch it will be fine
