The dimmer switch refuses to synchronize with the app.

The app functions properly with multiple switches/lights. An electrician was required to install a new dimmer switch capable of controlling a chandelier and dimming its brightness. However, the switch is not pairing with the app.

The switch enters blinking LED mode, but the app does not respond. Attempts to reset the switch using the triple-tap method and removing power have been made. Additionally, the hub was relocated slightly. Another switch in the same outlet box operates without issue.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How far away from the Lutron hub is this device? We can recommend beginning by power cycling the hub, unplugging it from power, waiting 20-30 seconds, and plugging it back in; this will help to boost the hub's signal to its maximum strength for communication to devices.
