7 Buttons on a Hybrid Keypad?

Hello

I currently have one hybrid keypad in my installation.

All the other keypads are regular 7 button keypads.

I have no use for the up and down buttons on this hybrid keypad.

Is it possible to order a 7 button replacement kit for a regular keypad and install it on the hybrid keypad?

Will the 7th button work as in a regular keypad?

The Hybrid must have the raise and lower for it's UL listing as a dimmer (when un-programmed). You can assign a specific load to the raise and lower buttons under the Program tab in essentials. Get to the keypad, and highlight the raise or lower button- assign the loads you want to them. This will remove the ability to raise and lower the last button pressed, just the loads programmed to the R/L.

Thanks for your reply.

I assigned the raise and lower buttons to a load, but i cannot turn the lights off with that button. It will just lower to a minimum but wont turn the light off completely.

Any way to get a light to turn on or off from these buttons?

I tried assigning to a switched load to see if it would turn it on or off without dimming but the software didnt let me assign it.

Yo0u would have to ensure that the load assigned to the R/L was also assigned to another button on the keypad. You could always assign the load at a 0%, ensuring an "off". The R/L with raise up from 0%, but not lower to off.
