LED vanity fixture buzzing when dimmed by Lutron Diva CL

I have this bathroom vanity LED light (no LED bulbs, it has built in LEDs connected to a LED Driver):

Home Decorators Collection 24-inch Brushed Nickel Integrated LED Vanity Light - ENERGY STARĀ®
    Model # IQP1381L-3

It has this LED driver in it:

    LED DRIVER
    (TRIAC DIMMING)
    MODEL: A80Z224
    INPUT:120VAC / 60Hz 240mA MAX
    OUTPUT: 33-53V / 420mA
    POWER FACTOR:>0.9

I notice the output is not the usual 12-24v for LEDs, but 33-53. I don't know if that is relevant.

It is a very bright light so I added the Lutron Diva CL dimmer: DVCL-153PR-WH-C
It dims, but the fixture now has a buzzing sound (whenever it is on, low or high).
Was it the right dimmer? I've read that the Lutron CL is a TRIAC dimmer with "High efficiency dimming".

What can be done to stop the buzzing?

Would the Lutron ELV Dimmer DVELV-300P-WH fix the buzzing? (It is 3x the price of the CL) or is some other type of dimmer needed?

Google has never heard of that model number so...

I would try a standard incandescent dimmer first (DV-600 or DV-603).

I would then try the reverse phase dimmer (DVRP-253). RP and ELV are similar but the RP is a newer design.

I would like to avoid buying and returning more and more dimmers.

Is there any technical reason the DV-600 would not cause buzzing when the DVCL-153PR did? Aren't they both "leading edge" triac dimmers?

What is the main difference between the DVRP-253 and DVELV-300P? Are they both "trailing edge" dimmers that would work with a LED driver which claims "Triac dimming" on it? The ELV-300 is $20 more and I'd like to understand why that is. (one amazon review said the DVRP "felt cheap" when pushing the switch, was it just made cheaper? )
