    Shades Need Resetting

Our current house has Lutron shades on all windows, installed in 2005 when the house was built. We do not have any manuals or information on the shades. Two of the shades no longer work. Is there a way that we can reset them? Thank you.

The shades are probably QED (QS is the current series). You probably have shade power panels located remotely. They are ~12x18 with black covers. There are fuses inside the panels. There are a couple of spare fuses. You can also take fuses from unused outputs. You can also get glass fuses from an auto parts store.

The wires may not be marked. There is a power indicator next to each output. If it has a cable connected to the output and the light is not on replace the fuse.
