can P-PGK1W-WH be used to control fan on/off?

We have a couple of fans in the house that are on a simple on/off switch.
The changing of the speed is done by pulling a string on the fan itself, to control low/med/high speeds (fairly standard).

I'm not looking to do a variable speed control on the fan using switch. I'm only looking to be able to turn fan on/off remotely.

Looking at P-PGK1W-WH as it's HomeKit compatible.

    Thanks!

P-PKG1W-WH has a dimmer in the package. Not recommended for a fan. You would need a switch to run the fan. Also, if you need HomeKit, make sure you are using a Smart Bridge for HomeKit connection.

thanks for the feedback. I have 10+ lights on the Smart Bridge already, but wasn't sure about adding a fan.
    Thanks!
